Support is Rs100,000 for an eligible widow without children, Rs125,000 with one orphan child and up to Rs150,000 with two or more eligible orphan children.
Punjab Himmat Card 2026: Eligibility, Rs10,500 Quarterly Stipend & Status Check
Himmat Card is an ongoing Punjab social-welfare programme for eligible Persons with Disabilities (PWDs) assessed as 'Not Fit to Work'. The official FAQ states a quarterly stipend of Rs10,500 and eligibility conditions including Punjab CNIC, PWD certification by Social Welfare Punjab, no government/private employment, no simultaneous financial assistance from BISP/PSPA/Zakat and PMT score not exceeding 45. The current official dashboard shows 99,354 beneficiaries against a 100,000 target and provides online Himmat Card status verification by CNIC. The programme does not operate like a normal open cash-grant application: PWD registration/data must be complete and eligible beneficiaries are shortlisted through the department's system.
